Flora Illusions
by
Beryl McLaglen Fernandez

Beryl McLaglen Fernandez lived in Bedford England and re-started her career as an artist after many years of illness. She sadly died in 2001 and is missed by family and friends. She leaves behind the legacy of her inspiration and the spirit to persevere against all odds.

Her paintings captured the life and vibrant colours of the flora in a semi-impressionistic fashion, surpassing the too familiar still-life studies normally associated with flower painting.

They brighten up any surroundings, either individually or arranged in groups.

Unfortunately no more of her work is available for sale to the public, but you can view her last 2 collections here, and download for your own pleasure. Please note that any commercial use of these pictures is strictly prohibited, and all rights are held by by her family pursuant to UK and international copyright acts.
